Project Management Maturity Assessment

We are dedicated in helping organisations achieve excellence in Programme and Project Management.

Our highly experienced team have extensive knowledge and practical examples of working across Banking and Financial services sector, local government, NHS, various utilities as well as scientific and charity sectors.

AI Digital understand the importance of a well structured Project framework with appropriate levels of governance to successfully deliver projects ranging in size upwards of multi-million pound Programmes. We know what good looks like.

Using our unique Project Management Capability Assessment framework (PMCA) we work with our clients to assess the current project delivery capability and project management maturity level. We work with you to determine where you want your maturity level to be and we assess, together with you, the appropriateness of the target.
Target maturity levels will vary dependent on the needs of your organisation, and will take into account factors such as your specific goals and company strategies, resource capabilities, the nature of your projects and any bespoke needs.

The PMCA framework, developed by AI Digital, allows a dashboard view of the results so you can visually see where you are currently, in your maturity levels, compared to similar organisations in the same sector.

Once the assessment has been undertaken, we will work with you to pull together an achievable Improvement Plan outlining actions required to reach your target maturity level.

We can work with you to drive and execute the improvement plan and keep the momentum going, and ensuring measurement of the recommend improvements in order that you can see the tangible improvements and track the desired business outcomes.

The PMCA Framework EVALUATES:

  • Your organisation sector and type

  • The technology in use in the project space

  • The organisational effectiveness of projects and Programmes

  • The structure of the project team and stakeholders

  • The culture

  • The existing project processes
