2018 – Founded
Manish, Vernon and Adam established AI Digital, with a mission to be a trusted partner of choice and help customers be confident of success when outcomes really matter.
2019 March – August
In March we secure our first contract with the Wellcome Sanger Institute to Project Manage the development of a Training Compliance system. This was quickly followed up by being awarded a number of other challenging projects at the Institute:
- Research Support Facility Development Programme
- Programme Management of the worlds largest human genomic sequencing project
- Project Management for Parasites and Malaria Programme
- Designed and implemented a major incident Management process
2019 October – December
Towards the end of our first year we are approached to support a large local government organisation in the north west of England in the adoption and training of Office 365 to its 2,500 staff. In addition we were also asked to provide support in implementation of Identity and Access Management Solution to another local government organisation Local Authority.
In December AI Digital delivered an Asset Management audit in 10 locations across Europe for a large Debt Restructuring Company.
2019 December
Our first Christmas Party.
2020 January
2020 started like a train with a number of new projects including an organisational review of Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership workforce.
2020 March
Covid-19 Struck and AI Digital were asked to step up to the mark.
The UK Biocentre approached AI Digital and asked to provide the project management for establishing the UK’s first national Covid-19 testing laboratory.
In response to Covid-19 we were asked to co-ordinate the Incident Management for a Scientific Operations animal facility for the Wellcome Sanger Institute.
2020 April
As we moved into the height of the pandemic AI Digital were asked to play an increasing role the UK Governments testing strategy. This included providing an experienced IT Delivery and Recovery Manager for the UK Biocentre. We were also asked to provide the Project management for the national covid-19 testing laboratory’s sustainability programme.
2020 July
In July we took our first steps into the recruitment market and appointed two key roles:
- Purnendu Pandey (left) as Head of ERP/CRM service
- Irene Iozzo (right) our first new Project Manager
We also Undertook a review and implementation of a major financial organisations service management transformation.
2020 August
In August we officially moved into our new office in Lincoln, although Covid-19 meant that we were unable to spend too much time enjoying the executive toilets!
- Implementation of a new service management tool for a scientific research organisation
- Appointed Julie O’Brien as Project Change Consultant
- Project Management of Covid-19 genomic sequencing programme
- Project Management for Parasites and Malaria Programme
- Project Management for the transfer of ownership of an IT solution between two academic institutes
