The PDaaS service allows the scale-up and scale-down of project and specialist resources, in line with delivery needs. It provides access to a wide portfolio of people with project, change and technical expertise, available against organisational demand schedules. This can be from as little as one Project Manager or Business Analyst to a whole team of experts, for a few days or through to a whole end-to-end programme.

We will appoint an Account Manager who will work with you as a single point of contact. The Account Manager can work with multiple stakeholders across the organisation to ensure they fully understand your needs and can represent these needs to our Resourcing Manager. The Account Manager will provide regular reports and service assurance meetings to ensure we provide the high level of satisfaction and service expected.
We will help you shape your project pipeline and understand the resources needed to deliver in the timescales required. This will identify resource bottlenecks and capability shortfalls, allowing you to assess how many PDaaS days you may require and over what period.
We will work with you to build a project delivery profile of the types of resource capabilities required and when these resources are likely to be needed. We appreciate that priorities can change, and this resource delivery plan may also need to change over time. The Account Manager will work with you to understand these potential changes and ensure we have the flexibility to react to these changes.
Prior to our resources commencing work, we will spend time introducing our people to you to ensure they are an appropriate fit from a technical, delivery and organisational culture point of view. If you feel there is a misalignment, we will seek to provide appropriate alternatives.
The resources we provide will work for you and as such will comply with all working guidelines and practices as deemed appropriate including any health and safety or security requirements. AI Digital, through your Account Manager, will provide direct management support as required.
