Purnendu Pandey, Head of AI Digital

Purnendu has over 17 years of consulting, solution design, delivery, and project management experience in multiple domains across UK, USA, APAC, India, Middle East and South Africa. He has extensive experience in delivering transformation of ERP & CRM applications across Public Sector, Finance, Banking, Engineering, and Education domains. He excels in creating engaged, driven, and empathic teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Andreea Iftimia-Mander, Head of Biomatics

Andreea possesses academic and industry experience in Regenerative Medicine, Tissue Engineering, Stem Cell Research and Chemical Engineering through several positions of responsibility, supervisory and leadership roles. These roles have enabled her to acquire a broad-based knowledge and understanding of medicines manufacturing and advanced therapies, with a particular focus on the development of ATMPs, the key challenges that companies in this sector face, the technologies involved and related disciplines (regulatory affairs, process economics, quality assurance) in the UK and globally.

Julie O’Brien, Head of Operations

Julie has extensive experience and knowledge in all dimensions of service management, across both private and public sectors.

Julie has a proven track record in managing a range of end to end key business services and significant experience in heading up large Project teams, delivering major Programmes of work. Julie is ITIL V4 Managing Professional and Prince2 Practitioner accredited, with a natural instinct for service design and a passion for building positive customer experiences.

Rachael Kimberley, Head of Marketing and Communications

Rachael is an experienced marketing professional with over twelve years of hands-on experience across a range of sectors. She has broad understanding of both traditional and digital marketing methods, used effectively to plan and executive effective campaigns, and extensive experience of copywriting, content creation, email marketing campaigns, website and social media management alongside a strong commercial understanding and excellent people skills.

Phil Haynes, Head of Business Excellence

Phil has spent the last 17 years enabling and delivering improvement, change and transformation in health and care, working in the UK and internationally. Prior to this, Phil spent a decade in automotive manufacturing, utilising Lean Manufacturing techniques and a systems thinking approach to drive world-class performance.

Phil is passionate about human factors of change. He works collaboratively to develop cultures of commitment to effective, measurable and sustainable change.
